Has a deep understanding of Asian, African and American cultures. She works in English, French, and Spanish.
Specializing in coaching managers, senior executives and teams in international complex and diverse environment SMEs and corporates.
Graduated from ESC Pau (DECF, 1994), Clemson University (MBA, 1995), ETP (Tokyo, 2006) and SACAP (Post Graduate Applied Psychology & Coaching, 2015).
25 years of general management experience in international growth businesses, including 10 years at Mars and 9 years at eBay, in France, UK, Italy, Spain and Russia
ICF Certified coach (ACC), trained with the highly reputable Academy of Executive Coaching (London). Qualified to run personality assessments with both Hogan, Praditus as well as Hogan 360. . To date, 500+ hours of coaching
First-hand experience in leading digital growth businesses. Board member of listed and early-stage businesses. Specializing in coaching CEOs/Founders of early-stage businesses and senior executives of fast-growing scale ups and corporates.
